Kenny Loggins features with his US #2 ‘Danger Zone’, and Foreigner’s huge ballad ‘Waiting For A Girl Like You’ reached Top 10 in both the UK and the US.\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\nBlondie’s ‘American Gigolo’ theme ‘Call Me’ which reached #1 in both territories opens LP 3, plus Belinda Carlisle’s solo debut, alongside US single ‘Show Me’ from The Pretenders. The massive transatlantic hit ‘Say Say Say’ from Paul McCartney \u0026amp; Michael Jackson, reaching #1 and #2 in the US and UK is followed by Pure Pop from Olivia Newton-John with her 10-weeks at US #1 ‘Physical’. In 1984, Tina Turner saw the career-defining ‘What’s Love Got To Do With It’ hit the Top 3 in the UK and become her first #1 in the US, and in 1985 Whitney Houston’s debut single ‘You Give Good Love’ hit the US Top 3.
